Churchill Island Farmers Market

The picturesque setting for this farmers market is enticing with lots of stalls with a huge variety of goodies.

Look for local fresh produce including seasonal fruit and vegetables, the potato man with lots of potato varieties, and artisan breads.

Sample and buy olive oils, wine and beer.

Add local honey to your pantry.

For the green fingered there are plants and cut flowers.

Enjoy a relaxing coffee from the market kiosk.

Market on Chapel

Lots of variety can be found at this market, with local and imported goods for sale.

Second-hand books, soap, new and vintage clothes, collectables and plant stalls to name a few.

Inside the hall are arts and crafts, including jewellery, knits and clothes.

Fresh produce such as fruit and vegetables and free range eggs are available.

The "shed" at the back has a great array of children's books and toys and second-hand kitchenware with lots of retro items.

For the hungry there is hot food for sale.

Fascinating Science at The Antarctic Journey

During the Easter school holidays, The Nobbies will play host to a range of intriguing and interactive experiences as part of the Fascinating Science travelling exhibition, created by Questacon – The National Science and Technology Centre in Canberra.

Music with milk bottles, disappearing pencils and optical illusions are just a few of the hands-on activities in which families can  participate.

Aimed primarily at children aged 8 to 14, activities cover topics of logic, balance, fluids, illusions and mathematical puzzles of varying complexity.

Admission free with The Antarctic Journey or 4-Park Pass Ticket.

San Remo Easter Fishing Competition

Easter Fun Festival

Every Easter Churchill Island Heritage Farm comes alive with activities, demonstrations, and entertainment to suit all ages.

Kids activities include mini golf, arts and craft activities, face painting, giant games and Old Time games, as well as roving puppetry performances.

The Heritage Farm will host demonstrations of the much-loved working horses, courtesy of the Victorian Heritage Draught Horse Club, plus a whole range of traditional hands on farming activities and demonstrations including tractor rides, cow milking, sheep shearing, working dogs and whip cracking. Step into yesteryear with a wonderful display of vintage cars and caravans.

The Festival Lawn is a great place to sit back, relax and enjoy a bite to eat or a drink while listening to the sounds of local musicians

The popular Easter Egg Hunt will take place on Sunday morning from 10am – 1pm.

Phillip Island National Surfing Reserve Tag Team Surfing Challenge

This is a favourite of Phillip Island events, celebrating surfing and also the community.

Teams of nine members including open men and women, long board, twin-fin, junior etc. compete for the title.

WD-40 Phillip Island 500 Supercar Championship

April 20/22, 2018
Phillip Island Circuit

Supercars will return to ignite the Island with three days of Supercars action at the WD-40 Phillip Island 500.

Experience the race format with a gruelling 250 kilometre race on Saturday and Sunday as the Supercars drivers battle it out to mark their place in round three of the Championship.

Watch the cavalcade of motorcycle enthusiasts arrive, then admire the bikes crowded into Thompson Avenue, Cowes and soak up the carnival atmosphere.
